I recently was gifted a big box of notebooks, pens and other fun things from this fabulous business and one of the items was unfortunately out of stock. Instead of simply canceling that item, the team at Miller & Clove went above and beyond!
They included a beautiful pen, a notepad, and two containers of gorgeous oversized paper clips in pink and purple, along with a thoughtful handwritten note apologizing for the inconvenience.
It was such a kind and unexpected gesture, and it completely made my day on top of receiving the gift box! As someone who loves thoughtful details and enjoys doing little extras for others myself, this level of customer care really meant a lot to me.
